Welcome to PartsRadar™. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the PartsRadar™ mobile application, website, and related services (“Services”).

By accessing or using PartsRadar™, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services immediately.

2. Who We Are

PartsRadar™ is a smart platform that helps trade professionals find, compare and reserve parts from local suppliers.

PartsRadar™ does not sell parts. All purchases and reservations are completed directly with third-party merchants.

3. User Eligibility

To use PartsRadar™, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Use the platform for business or trade purposes
Provide accurate and truthful information
Not misuse or attempt to damage the platform

4. Our Role

PartsRadar™:

Displays live stock, prices, branch distances, and availability from participating merchants
Helps you locate or reserve items
Does not guarantee accuracy, as data is provided by third-party merchants
Is not responsible for merchant fulfilment, pricing errors, or stock inaccuracies

You agree that all disputes relating to products, pricing, returns, or warranties must be handled directly with the merchant.

5. Accounts and Security

When creating an account, you agree to:

Keep your login details confidential
Ensure your information stays accurate
Not share your account with others
Notify us immediately of unauthorised access

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use PartsRadar™ for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
Scrape, copy, or harvest merchant data
Reverse engineer the app or website
Interfere with the platform’s performance or security
Create fake accounts or submit misleading information

7. Pricing & Stock Accuracy

PartsRadar™ shows real-time stock and prices supplied directly by merchants.

However, we cannot guarantee:

Availability
Pricing accuracy
Reservation success
That items will still be in stock when you arrive

You must confirm all details with the merchant.

8. Reservations

If a merchant offers reservations through PartsRadar™:

Reservations are not guaranteed
Merchants may decline or cancel a reservation
All payment and fulfilment is between you and the merchant

PartsRadar™ is not liable for failed or cancelled reservations.

9. App & Platform Availability

We aim to keep PartsRadar™ available 24/7, but we may occasionally need to:

Suspend access for maintenance
Release updates
Modify or discontinue features

We are not liable for any outages, delays, or interruptions.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, data, code, and design elements within PartsRadar™ are the property of YHWH BUILDS LTD.

You may not:

Copy
Distribute
Modify
Sell
Reproduce

any part of the platform without written permission.

11. Third-Party Links & Merchants

PartsRadar™ may link to external websites or apps.

We are not responsible for:

Their content
Their actions
Their accuracy
Their privacy practices

Your dealings with merchants are at your own risk.

12. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, PartsRadar™ and YHWH BUILDS LTD are not liable for:

Loss of profit
Business interruption
Stock inaccuracies
Reservation failures
Merchant errors
Data delays

Our platform is provided “as-is” without guarantees of accuracy or availability.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

Breach these Terms
Abuse the system
Submit false or misleading information
Attempt to manipulate merchant data

You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting us.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when needed.

If changes are significant, we will notify users via email or within the app.

Continued use of PartsRadar™ means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes will be handled by UK courts.
